Job Title : Team Leader

Roles & Responsibilities:

• To build and lead a designated team of fundraising executives to generate funds for non-profit organisation from individual donors.
• Accountable for handling team/subordinates and developing leaders.
• To be responsible to meet the key task and targets of designated teams
• Any other task that may be reasonably requested by the manager
• Managing, developing and coaching the fund-raising executives and senior fundraisers for meeting desired targets.

• Lead the non-profit clients for raising fund from existing sources and identify potential funding opportunities.

• Ability to prepare performance reports and share it on weekly basis

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to talk and listen to people and build rapport with them.

• Should have experience in Fundraising.
